FRNDS

Early Access Terms

Version of 12 October 2026

These terms apply when you join the FRNDS early access list on frnds.ch. They are short, because early access is free and does not oblige you to anything.

1. What early access is

FRNDS is a platform in development that will connect people who want company for an activity (“Find a FRND”) with people who offer their time for it (“Be a FRND”). By joining the list, you tell us that you are interested and agree that we may contact you about the launch, early access and pilot offers.

Joining is free. It is not an order, a booking, a job application or an employment relationship, and it does not create any obligation for you to use FRNDS later.

2. No guarantee

We are working hard to launch FRNDS, but we cannot promise when, where or in what form it will be available. We may limit early access to certain cities, numbers of people or profiles. Joining the list does not guarantee access, acceptance as a FRND, bookings or earnings.

3. Founding member number and invite link

After confirming your email, you receive a founding member number and a personal invite link. The number shows the order in which members joined. It has no monetary value and cannot be transferred or sold. Any benefits for founding members or for inviting friends will be announced separately and will only apply as announced.

Please share your invite link only with people who are happy to receive it. Sending it as unsolicited mass messages (spam) is not allowed.

4. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old and use your own email address. Please give correct information. One entry per person.

5. Removal from the list

You can leave the list at any time via the link in our emails or by writing to connect@frnds.ch. We may remove entries that are false, created automatically or that break these terms.

6. Later use of FRNDS

If FRNDS launches and you want to use it, separate terms of use for clients and for FRNDS will apply, which you will need to accept at that time. These early access terms do not cover bookings, payments or meetings.

7. Liability

Because early access is free, we are only liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Data protection

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies. Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is [City], Switzerland. If you are a consumer living in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence and your right to go to court there remain unaffected.
